Reaching Usage Caps
As your AI avatar activity grows, you may eventually hit the limits of your current subscription, whether due to connection caps or conversation minutes quotas. Here’s how the system responds in such cases and what actions you can take to ensure your interactions continue without disruption:
-
All Active Connections Slots are Taken
If the maximum number of concurrent live interaction connections is in use, any new user trying to speak in real-time with your AI avatar will see the message:
‘All AI assistants are busy at the moment’
For widget integrations, text-chat interactions remain available during this time, as they are not counted toward the active connection limit.
If you frequently reach the maximum number of live connections, consider upgrading to a higher-tier plan so that you can accommodate higher user demand without interruptions.Tip: You can check the number of Active Connection slots in use at any given moment through the Subscription Details pop-up at the PROJECT wizard tab. -
All Conversation Minutes are Used
When all conversation minutes included in your subscription package are consumed, your AI avatar will become unresponsive. Users attempting to interact with it will see the message:
“The service is currently unavailable. Please try again later or contact the website owner.”
In this case, you can manually purchase a new subscription package (either with a higher capacity or of the same level), even if your current one hasn't expired yet. Please keep in mind that this will reset your billing cycle and, if you switch to a different plan, will replace your current subscription terms (so you won’t be billed again under the previous plan).
We recommend keeping track of your resource consumption and regularly reviewing your subscription metrics (use the PROJECT > Subscription Details option for this purpose) to adjust your plan as necessary. This helps prevent service downtime and keeps user conversations running smoothly.
