Changing Pricing Plan
You can adjust your pricing plan at any time to better match your current usage or business needs – whether you're scaling up for increased traffic, responding to usage caps, or simply optimizing for cost. The platform lets you both switch to a different subscription tier or reorder the subscription package for your current plan (e.g., if you run out of resources) as necessary:
Once purchased, the new subscription package takes effect immediately, restarting the project's billing cycle and updating the amount of allocated resources, while your avatar keeps running without interruptions.
How to Change Pricing Plan
To switch to a different subscription tier, go to the Configuration Wizard for your project and expand the Pricing Plan list within the PROJECT section:
Select the required new plan (you can also toggle between Monthly and Annual billing cycle options here if necessary). Click the Change to button below.
If you opt for the Enterprise option, the plan won’t change immediately – instead, you’ll be asked to complete a form specifying your requirements. Our team will review it and contact you to agree on the tailored plan terms.
In case your current subscription is still active, you’ll be asked to confirm the change:
Once confirmed, you’ll be taken to the Stripe checkout page to complete the update.
The change takes effect immediately after payment is made. Any unused conversational minutes from your previous subscription package will not carry over to the new plan.
How to Reorder the Subscription Package
You can manually renew the subscription package for your current pricing plan (e.g., if all conversational minutes are used up before the new billing cycle starts).
To do so, open the Configuration Wizard for your project and expand the Pricing Plan list. Your current plan will already be selected here, so just hit the Reorder Current Plan button below:
Confirm your decision and complete the purchase within the open Stripe checkout page.
The update takes effect immediately after making a payment. Any unused conversational minutes from the previous subscription package won’t carry over.
